Subscriptions and Payments
Nouva offers free and paid plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing subscribers.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nouva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
